This winter term, approximately 100 Harvard Law School students are traveling to over 45 cities and countries across the world to pursue clinical projects that range from examining transitional justice issues for the ABA Rule of Law Initiative in Mali to developing case studies for the Arts Law Center in Australia.
Within United States, students are traveling to 30 cities to practice with government offices such as the United States Attorney’s Office, Senate Judiciary Committee, and organizations such as the Equal Justice Center, Louisiana Legal Services, United Nations Development Programme and the American Civil Liberties Union. Through the Independent Clinical Program and Externship Clinics, students are representing clients and dedicating their skills to meet the legal needs of the community.
