Commonwealth of Kentucky, Et. al. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Filed by the Juvenile Justice Center of Suffolk Law School:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.suffolk.edu\/academic\/clinical\/jjc\/\">www.law.suffolk.edu\/academic\/clinical\/jjc\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The amicus brief supports Kentucky\u2019s refusal to allow media access to juvenile proceedings and records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Commonwealth v. Bruce Smith Superior Court of Pennsylvania 1596 MDA 2004 <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Filed by Juvenile Law Center in Philadelphia:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jlc.org\">www.jlc.org<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The amicus brief was filed in support of on behalf of the defendant\/appellee who was represented by the Lackawanna County Public Defender&#8217;s Office.
