It also looks at how the U.S. diverges from the standards and practice of the international community and other countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/harvardimmigrationclinic.org\/hirc\/files\/2018\/09\/IDP_Chart_v3_2-1.pdf\">\u201cParticularly Serious Crime\u201d Bars on Asylum and Withholding of Removal: Legal Standards and Sample Case Determinations<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(9\/18)<br \/>\nThis is a resource that will aid in the legal representation of immigrants in criminal and removal proceedings.
