{"id":35,"date":"2011-04-13T19:47:19","date_gmt":"2011-04-13T19:47:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hlsorgs.com\/deltaproject\/?page_id=35"},"modified":"2019-09-11T22:30:36","modified_gmt":"2019-09-11T22:30:36","slug":"food-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/clinics.law.harvard.edu\/deltaproject\/initiatives\/food-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Food Policy Initiatives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since March 2009, Harvard Law School student teams have worked on legislation and advocacy related to food policy in the Mississippi Delta region. \u00a0Students have worked on a range of projects which focus on two primary goals: (1) improving access to healthy foods for Mississippi residents and (2) spurring economic growth for small farmers and local food producers.<\/p>\n<p>The Food Policy Team is now working with the Mississippi Farm to School Network for the third straight year to try to make farm to school a reality across Mississippi.
