Environmental Protection Agency"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 4, 2015, the Clinic filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Union of Concerned Scientists in <a href=\"http:\/\/clinics.law.harvard.edu\/environment\/files\/2015\/08\/amicus-brief-michigan-environmental-protection-agency-14-46.pdf\">State of Michigan, et al., v.
