Vilsack<\/em>, involving a challenge to the Department of Agriculture&#8217;s decision to allow the unrestricted use of Roundup-Ready alfalfa (RRA). \u00a0In the brief, the Clinic argued that the agency&#8217;s decision will cause significant economic harm to the organic industry and that a more limited deregulation decision, which imposed geographic restrictions and buffer zones, would reduce this harm. \u00a0Clinic student Christopher Rendall-Jackson (JD &#8217;12) worked with Clinical Instructor Shaun Goho on the brief.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the brief is available <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/environmentallawprogram\/files\/2013\/01\/cropp-amicus-brief-04.23.12.pdf\">Amicus Brief, Center for Food Safety v.
