If agreement is reached in mediation, it avoids the need for a trial. If an agreement is not reached the case will be returned to the court to be heard by the magistrate or judge. <b>You can request a mediation by contacting the court clerk at the court where your case is scheduled to be heard.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><b>Harassment Prevention Orders<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>HMP offers mediation for Harassment Prevention Orders in multiple district and juvenile courts.
