In July 2009 Brian became Director of the <a title=\"The Transactional Law Clinics\" href=\"http:\/\/clinics.law.harvard.edu\/tlc\/\">Transactional Law Clinics<\/a>. Brian also serves as Faculty Advisor for the <a title=\"Recording Artists Project\" href=\"http:\/\/clinics.law.harvard.edu\/tlc\/for-clients\/recording-artists-project\/\">Recording Artists Project<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/hlep.org\/\">Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project<\/a>, student organizations at Harvard Law School.<\/p>\n<p>Before coming to Harvard, Brian was General Counsel and Senior Director of Certification and Enforcement at the Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance within the Massachusetts Department of Economic Development. Brian was previously \u00a0Assistant Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.<\/p>\n<p>Brian has worked as a sole practitioner in his own community-based law practice specializing in general business, corporate, entertainment, real estate, and non-profit law. He received his B.
