Founders of new nonprofits must attend the Lawyers Clearinghouse Nonprofit Incorporation Workshop, offered six times each year by Zoom. The workshop includes an overview of the MA incorporation process and the application to the IRS for recognition of tax-exempt status, as well as important guidance on how to remain tax-exempt, and helpful reference materials.
