| Due to an increase in detained children in South Texas, we anticipate a staff attorney position opening very soon at ProBAR’s Children’s Project. The staff attorney would serve detained unaccompanied minors in pursuing SIJS, asylum, U visas, T visas, etc. A significant portion of the position would be providing direct representation. Applicants should be fluent in Spanish and licensed in Texas or willing and able to become licensed in Texas. The position has not yet officially opened but we would like to spread the word ahead of time. ProBAR is located in Harlingen, Texas, less than an hour from the beaches of South Padre Island.
