Learn the basic Do’s and Don’ts before you sign a new lease with a landlord for a commercial business. Understanding terms and your rights are important. Protect your business from future mistakes or liabilities with a proper contract that is balanced and fair.
The presentation will provide general guidance on commercial leases. We are not able to provide direct legal advice in response to your questions during the presentation but will use the information and questions you share to tailor the presentation.
