In April 2012, the Environmental Law & Policy Clinic issued a white paper entitled Municipal Climate Change Adaptation and the Insurance Industry, which examines the ways in which coastal communities can work with the insurance industry to promote climate adaptation. This white paper features the work of Clinic students Richard Lou (Harvard Business School) and Sarah Fort (JD ’12).
