Join us in welcoming Julia Olson, Executive Director and Chief Legal Counsel of Our Children’s Trust.  She is the lead attorney in Juliana v. the United States, the constitutional climate change case brought by 21 youths against the U.S. government for violating their Fifth Amendment rights to life, liberty, property, and public trust resources.  Over her 22-year career, she has represented grassroots conservation groups working to protect the environment, organic agriculture, and human health.  She founded Our Children’s Trust in 2010 to focus her work on representing young people and elevating their voices on the threat of climate change, the issue that will most determine the quality of their lives and the well-being of all future generations.

Lunch Will Be Served.  Please RSVP to Jacqueline Calahong, 617-496-2058 or jcalahong@law.harvard.edu.
